Skillset Careers is currently able to offer a limited number of face-to-face careers guidance sessions completely FREE OF CHARGE to those working in creative media within the screen industries, or who have had experience of working in the creative sectors. Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the creative media industries, provides specialist, one-to-one careers guidance sessions to individuals in the creative industries.

Bad Pony Productions are calling for submissions for our Scottish Short Film Showcase at this year's G66+ live event in Glasgow. 

Several of the best short films from Scottish film-makers will be selected and showcased at this year's G66+ Festival, and also at several industry showcases taking place at Walkabout venues in Glasgow and Edinburgh at the end of the summer.

Glasgow Media Access Centre is looking for short documentary, animation and drama films made by or about the refugee and asylum seeking communities to screen at our “One Scotland, Many Voices” film event on Tuesday 17th June 2008 as part of Refugee Week.

We welcome all types of documentaries, dramas and animation on any subject made by asylum seekers or refugees living in Scotland. This year we are particularly interested in receiving experimental films of any type.
